COMMERCIAL

In the commercial sector, we offer professional services such as party wall, dilapidations, pre-acquisition reports, fund monitoring, quality monitoring and project management roles. We cover office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial facilities.

VIEW PROJECTS

EDUCATION

Within this sector we undertake condition surveys and produce PPM schedules, assist schools and Academy Trusts with SCA and CIF funding applications, conduct feasibility studies, and compile, design, tender and contract administrate projects offering a full service from inception to completion. Our projects range from small (£10k) repair schemes up to multi-million pound new build projects to provide bespoke solutions to our Education clients.
