Simeon is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years of construction experience. Working across various sectors, particularly: education, commercial, residential, and healthcare, he has experience in quality monitoring and project managing in addition to the core Building Surveying skills.

Throughout his time with Perito, Simeon has developed his expertise of working with the education sector. He has worked alongside many schools and academy trusts to ascertain their needs, helping them prioritise, plan and deliver schemes, ranging from minor works to multi-million pound new build and alteration projects. Working with the schools and academy trusts has enabled him to gain insight into how his work has positively impacted both the students and the estates.
